The rajahs (रजस् in Devanāgarī) this term Sanskrit means atmosphere, clouds; dust, impurities, pollen; and in the philosophy of the sāṃkhya: passion, the second quality Guna of nature, active gasoline of the force and the desire, principle of movement, the energy which drives nature and throws the man in passion and the pain.
