Raimbeaucourt is a common French, located in the department of the Northern and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

History
Raimbeaucourt east composes of three Seigneurie S which depended all on the parish of this name listed in 1079 in the Cartulaire of the abbey of Auchy-the-Monks which had the furnace bridge of the parish under the name of Erambaucourt. These seigniories are:Ribeaucourt, was high with the row of county,
Hamel of Bray or Bray, stronghold in viscontal justice and of which history with almost always be related to the ground of Ribeaucourt,
Bind which was marquisat.
The Raimbeaucourt toponym is the deformation of Erembauldocurtis (which comes from Eremboldus = victorious or skilful chief and of curtis who indicates a strengthened house), just like it is for the communes of Ribeaucourt in the Sum and Ribeaucourt in the Meuse, as well as place also says Ribeaucourt to Mazinghien in the department of North.
Bind indicates an enchanter place.
Bray a marshy place.
Lords of Ribeaucourt
One is unaware of which was the first lord of Ribeaucourt, the local tradition, the historians want that the first lords were the same ones as those of Ribeaucourt in the Sum, but no documentary evidences confirms it. The seigniory depended on the Holy-Gertrude abbey of Marchienne, whose Agnés de Ribeaucourt was abbess into 874. In the acts Ribeaucourt was always called Raimbeaucourt even if its lords said lord of Ribeaucourt and if one finds the village of Raimbeaucourt indicated on the old charts under the name of Ribeaucourt-lès-Raches or Ribeaucourt in Pévèle.
1216 Hellin de Wavrin, known as the uncle, lord of Hendecourt, Raimbeaucourt and Wazières. City like witness in charters of December 28th, 1216 emanating of Raoul, bishop of Arras, approving the sale of a ground in the Chapter Holy-Cross of Cambrics, (A. Mathias, History of Wavrins , Lille, 1904).

1377, Engelbert d' Enghein, lord of Raimbeaucourt by purchase to the precedent. The seigniory is seized following the murder made by Engelbert on the person of its nephew Ghauthier d' Enghein, in 1381.

1748 Liebert-François Christin, count de Raimbeaucourt, baron de Meerbeek, Viscount of Duysbourg and Tervueren, lord of Grembergen and Bautersem, (1703-1785), nephew of the precedent, married on January 31st, 1747 with Marie-Therese-Genevieve de Vilsteren, baroness of Laerne, Almelroy, Well and Wordragen. It had to return the consent to the king Louis XV on July 28th, 1759 under the title of “count de Raimbeaucourt”, but its descent is known still today under the name of Christyn de Ribaucourt.
1758 Philippe-Alexandre Christin, count de Raimbeaucourt, baron de Meerbeek, of Laerne and Almelroy, Viscount of Duysbourg and Tervueren, lord of Grembergen etc.
The family Christyn de Ribaucourt, of Belgian nobility, had the castle of Ribeaucourt until the beginning of the XXe century, it is it which made shave the feudal home to replace it by the current building before Révolution.

1732 Antoine-Philippe de Blacquehem, rider, lord of Bind, of $the Hague, of the Valley, Douvrin, of Bridge-in-Beuvry, of Mowarderie and Houdicq, died in 1748, wire of the precedents, officer, married on October 10th, 1733 with Charlotte-Lucrèce Ricquet.
1748 Charles-Alexandre de Blacquehem, rider, lord of Bind, of $the Hague, of the Valley, Douvrin, of Bridge-in-Beuvry, of Mowarderie and Houdicq, (1736-1792), married on February 28th, 1767 with Marie-Filipino-Colette de Thiennes, countess of Rumbeke (close to Montreuil-sur-Mer), (1747-1771). Their sons Christian and Xavier emigrated in Austria, their chalk-lining died out in this country in 1917 with died of Olivier, Minister for Commerce.
The Castle of Bind was a vast country house made up of a simple home with high pinions on its feudal mound surrounded by water. Altered at the XIXe century, it was finally shaven at the beginning of XXIe.
