Raiders d\' Oakland

The Raiders d' Oakland ( Oakland Raiders in English) is a frankness from the in [[National League Football]] ( NFL ) based with Oakland.

History

The frankness was founded in 1960 and was member of the AFL. In 1970, during fusion between the NFL and the AFL, the Raiders were integrated in the NFL.

Based in Oakland of 1960 to 1981, the Raiders settle with Los Angeles of 1981 to 1995 before returning in Oakland.

The stage names the McAfee Coliseum, better known under the name of “Black Hole”, drawn from the name of more influencing group of supporters American, “Raider Nation”.

The team is called the “Silver & Blacks” (money and black), nickname which comes quite simply from the colors of the team, which plays in black with the names and numbers of the players in silver plated.

Oakland already took part in five Superbowl and gained it with three recoveries in January 1977 (XI), January 1981 (XV) and January 1984 (XVIII). Their two defeats occurred at the time of Superbowl II in January 1968 and XXXVII in January 2003.
