Rahapaja
The Rahapaja (in Finnish) or Myntverket I Finland (in Swedish) (Currency of Finland) is the factory of Finnish national currency.
It is in 1864 that the manufacture of parts started with Helsinki (Katajannokka). The company Currency of Finland, which belonged to the Ministry for Finances became an independent company in 1993 and evolved/moved within the consortium of the Scandinavian factories of currencies.
The production of the Currency of Finland answers the quality standard ISO 9001: 2000. It strikes the coins of current circulation and the collector's items.
