The term raffarinade is a political Néologisme pejorative used to qualify certain quotations of Jean-Pierre Raffarin, in particular some of its picturesque sentences whose minister was fond of delicacies in his public interventions. This expression was very employed in the French Presse, in particular by the satirical press, when Jean-Pierre Raffarin was with the head of the government (2002 - 2005). It even gave place to a dedicated work only on this subject.
