Rafael Caldera

Rafael Antonio Caldera Rodriguez , born with San Felipe in 1916.

It was president Venezuela twice, March 11th 1969 with the March 12th 1974 and December 6th 1994 at December 6th 1999. He is also lawyer and sociologist. He will teach these two disciplines. He is founding member of the Latin-American Association of sociology (1950) and will be president of the Association vénézuélienne of sociology (1958-1967).
