Radislav Krstić
Radislav Krstić is a Serb general of Bosnia condemned by the International penal court for ex-Yugoslavia like one of the organizers of the Massacre of Srebrenica, made against Bosnian at the time of the Guerre of Bosnia, in July 1995.
The August 2nd 2001, TPIY recognized it guilty Génocide and condemned it to 46 years of prison for its role in the massacre of thousands of Moslems with Srebrenica.
However that Ci made call of this decision and the April 19th 2004, the room of call pronounced it not culprit of genocide but retained the charge of assistance a genocide has. Its sorrow was reduced by 11 years.
