RadioPirate is a radio diffused on Internet founded by old the morning-man of CHOI-FM, Jeff Fillion. It diffuses starting from Quebec since the March 17th 2006. The site offers diffusions on line or by podcast in format MP3 32Kbps or AAC+ 32Kbps.

The project was initially to bear the name of “Radio operator X Pirate”, but the November 30th 2005, Genex put in residence its old organizer to prohibit to him to use this alternative of the name chosen by CHOI since years. Fillion will obtempéra and changed the name.

The first emission of Fillion on RadioPirate was diffused the March 17th 2006 (one year day for day after its dismissal of CHOI-FM) with the collaboration of Marie the St. Lawrence, ex-collaborator who was thanked for her services at the same time as the morning man.

The August 14th 2006, Jeff Fillion signs with the satellite radio XM and its emission begins on the waves the September 5th 2006.
