History

Founded under the name of sporting Club of Fontainebleau, the club amalgamates with the ACE Bagneaux-Nemours in 1966 to constitute the Agreement Bagneaux Fontainebleau Nemours. Three times unhappy finalist of the championship of France Amateurs, Bellifontains reach open D2 in 1970. They are maintained on this level eight consecutive seasons before finding the anteroom of the elite of 1981 with 1983. Before this return, l'" entente" is broken and the club finds its CS name Fontainebleau (1978).

After this gilded period, the dark club in the hierarchy. After 39 consecutive seasons in the national championships, the club joined the regional level in 1998. The club is renamed Racing Club of Fontainebleau.
