Rabah Bitat
Rabah Bitat (rear RTL رابحبيطاط) was born the December 19th 1925 with Ain El Karma (Constantinois) (Algérie). Young member with the Party of the Algerian people (PPP) and with the Movement for the triumph of the democratic liberties (MTLD), it also formed part of the group Oganisation Spéciale (OS). Following the attack of the post office of Oran, he was condemned has a ten years sorrow by contumacy. He is one of the 6 founders history of the revolutionary Comité of unit and action at the origin of FLN. Belonged to the group of the 22 as that of the six historical leaders who started the revolution on November 1st 1954, he will become the first person in charge of the wilaya IV (Inhabitant of Algiers).
Drawn aside of the capacity by the president Ben Bella it is exiled before supporting the coup d'etat of Houari Boumédiène. It is named minister of state on July 10th, 1965. In 1972 it is named Minister for transport, then president of the Algerian National Assembly. He dies the April 10th 2000.
