The club disappeared in 2002 after serious financial problems. Following this radiation, a group of supporters tries to make live a " nouveau" club baptized RWDM which currently evolves/moves in provincial championship of the Brabant.
History
The history of the club of Brussels complex and is made many fusions and name changes. The RWDM was born from the fusion of Daring and Racing White, fruit of the fusion of Racing of Brussels and White Star.
Racing Club of Brussels
The Racing Club of Brussels was created with Koekelberg in 1890. At the beginning, it was a club of athletics from where its name, Racing . In 1894, the section football is created. One year later, the Belgian Union of football is founded and Racing takes share with the first championship (gained by FC Inhabitant of Li2ege) of the history with 9 other clubs. In 1897, it gains the championship for the first time of its history. Between 1900 and 1903, it gains 4 titles of continuation. In 1912, Racing gains the first edition of the cut of Belgium. The club will manage never again to find its gloss of antan. In 1925, it is retrogressed in D2 and it will make then the elevator between D1 and D2. The results of the club are not satisfactory and the stage has more and more evil to fill. In 1963, the club which evolves/moves in D3 decides to amalgamate with the White Star to form the Racing White .- However in order to keep number 6 in life, this one was transferred to the club from Rhode Sainte Genesis (FC Rhodienne)

- 22-06-1963: " K. Sport St-Genesius-Rode" (number NR 1274) name changes and becomes " Royal Racing Club of Bruxelles" (number NR 1274)
- 23-06-1963: " Royal FC Rhodienne" (number NR 6) name changes and becomes " K. Sport St-Genesius-Rode" (number NR 6)
- 1996: fusion with " KVC Verrewinkel" (founded in 1928) ace " KFC Rhodienne-Verrewinkel"
- Juridically, it is thus the club of K. Sport St-Genesius-Grinds (number 1274) which amalgamated with White Star.
- Racing Club of continuous Brussels has to live under the name of K.F.C. Rhodienne-Verrewinkel
White Star
The White Star was founded in 1909 by students. He never managed to involve himself among the large clubs of Brussels but he could count on a faithful public and had an excellent school of young people. He had the number 47 which will become that of RWDM . The club knew its best period between 1934 and 1947 during which it evolved/moved in D1 with one 5th place like better classification. Then, the club goes down again in D2 and in 1963, it joins the Racing and becomes the Racing White .
Racing White
In 1963, the White Star and especially the Racing Club of Brussels are at the edge of the pit. The leaders of the two clubs thus decide to amalgamate. The club carried number 47 and evolved/moved at the Fallon stage. Two years only after its creation, the club finds division 1. In 1969, the club disputes the final of the cut of Belgium lost against the Lierse SK. The results of the club are good, in 1972, the club finishes 4th and is qualified for the UEFA Cup. In spite of these results, the stage remains hopelessly empty. For this reason the club decides to amalgamate with the Daring Club of Brussels to become RWD Molenbeek .
Daring Club of Brussels
The club was born in a bar in 1895 under the impulse from some students. In 1897, the club requires its affiliation of the Belgian union of football. In 1899, the club must leave its ground and decides to amalgamate with the Brussels and becomes the Daring Brussels Club . A few months, it is with the Sporting union Molenbeekoise and the Skill FC that the club amalgamates. It takes again its original name then, Daring Club of Brussels . In 1912, the club takes down its first championship. The supporters are increasingly numerous in particular at the time of the derbies against the large rival of Brussels of the time, the Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. The club must move with Molenbeek, at the stage Oscar Bossaert. In 1936 and 1937, the club gains two titles of continuation. In 1938, the club is shown to have bought an unfavourable player and is retrogressed in D2. The club must wait 11 years before finding D1 in 1949. Then, the club made the elevator between D1 and D2 but it took part nevertheless twice in the UEFA Cup. In 1969, the club rocks definitively in D2. In 1973, the leaders decide to amalgamate with the Racing White to be able to find D1.
RWD Molenbeek
The club is resulting from the fusion of the Racing White and the Daring Club of Brussels in 1973. Racing brought a solid team which had finished 3rd of D1 and thus had just qualified itself for the UEFA Cup, Daring provided the Bossaert stage renamed stage Edmond Machtens and a faithful public which was lacking in Racing. Two years after its creation, the RWDM is crowned champion of Belgium. The club reaches the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup in 1977. The RWDM takes part in the cut of Europe 5 times of at a stretch. The club will find its best level never again. In 2002, the club is with most badly. Nobody any more is paid more and at the end of long a saga, it is relegated in D3. Everyone leaves the ship, the club left with the abandonment is then erased.Johan Vermeersh, former sport director of the RWDM, takes again the KFC Strombeek which it re-elects FCM Brussels S. This club occupies the stage Edmond Machtens, old stage of the RWDM.
Currently, a group of supporters fight to make revive the RWDM. The trainer for the season 2005-2006 was Georges Heylens. The RWDM disputed the championship 2006-2007 at the Machtens stage, on the ground B, after having reached the 1e provincial division. At the end of the season 2006-2007, the club rocks in the 2nd provincial division.
