RCA Victor is a company of disc belonging to the group RCA of Sony-BMG. - Produced Artists: Elvis Presley, Little Richard (1951-1952), Duane Eddy, Eddie Cochran, Bob Dylan and, in France: Nicole Croisille and Nicole Rieu.
Victor (Victor Talking Machine) was a recording company founded by Ernie Berliner and Eldidge R. Johnson, inventors of the gramophone. It was one of the most important firms of the US market before the crisis of 1929, which produced in particular Al Jolson or Fats Waller. It was then repurchased by RCA, at the same time as the Bluebird label.
