Hydrographic network of the higher course
The base of the hydrographic network of the higher course consists of 2 chains of lakes and rivers leading both to the Lac Verde.
Chain northern
In north, the chain 30 km begin with Río Tigre long., which are born in the windy and sprinkled tops Cordón Limítrofe and which, after having received affluents come all from the surrounding high summits, throws in the Lac Cholila at coast 547 Mr.The emissary of this lake, called Río Carrileufú, receives various small affluents of which one is the Río of mow Nutrias (or river of the coypus ), coming from the Lac Carlos Pellegrini (or Lago of los Mosquitos - Lac of the mosquitos ) and from the Lac Lezama (775 meters of altitude). Then it emerges in the Lac Rivadavia. The emissary of this last, Río Rivadavia, throws himself in the Lac Verde.

Chain emissary
This system runs out its abundant water by the means of the Río Arrayanes in large the Lac Futalaufquen, then from there, by a short emissary towards the Lac Kruger at coast 500 Mr. At the exit of this last is born the Río Frey, which reached before the lake Situación with 380 meters of altitude, but currently pours his water in the artificial lake Amutui Quimei, the lake Situación having been absorbed by this last following the construction of the stopping.
Cours means
