Quinidine

The quinidine is a Médicament which acts like Antiarythmique of Ia class on the Cœur. It is a Stéréoisomère of the Quinine, originally derived from the bark of quina.
Like all the antiarythmiques ones of class I, quinidine acts primairement by blocking the fast current of entry of the Sodium (INa). The effects of quinidine on INa is called block depend on the use.
