Quesnoy

Quesnoy is a common French, located in the department of the Northern (59) and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

Its inhabitants is called Quercitains.

Its Blason is money to a sinople oak, alongside of two other smaller oaks, on a terrace of very the .

It kept intact its Remparts built by Vauban.

Its name derives from that of the Chêne… chesne… quesne.

Geography

Quesnoy is located at a few kilometers of the Forêt of Mormal, between Valencian and Maubeuge.
