Quantum information
The quantum information and the quantum Informatique are two fields which are next to: informellement, the algorithms Q (for “quantum”), for example the Algorithm of Shor, Grover, etc, were more the creation of the data processing specialists; all that touches with the Computer material (the effective realization of the material Q-bits) was studied by physicists of the Intricat S.
Quantum information is the quantum development of the Information theory of Shannon, Jaynes, Landauer, Rényi and much of others. The covered main subjects are the quantum correct codes and the quantum Calcul with tolerance of errors.
History
In 1995, Ben Schumacher established the theorem equivalent to the theorem of the coding of source of Claude Shannon. Thus the Qubit was defined like physical unit of quantum information. No result equivalent to the theorem of the coding of channel is known.
Intuition and against-intuition
In traditional information theory, if one considers two noisy channels such as any information does not pass, if the direction of a channel is reversed, it does not have there more transmitted information. In the quantum world, this intuition is false: it may be that the fact of reversing the direction of a channel makes that a quantity of information is transmissible.
