Quality system

The Quality system is a complete device which must allow within the framework of the Gestion of quality the implementation of the policy quality and the Continuous improvement of the performance.

In a more pragmatic way, it includes/understands:

  • a system which documents the practices (process trade, procedures,…)
  • a verification system (internal audits for example…)
  • a system of analysis of the results on the level of Management (Re-examined direction).
