Quadratic space

Definition

A quadratic space is a vector space on which is defined a symmetrical bilinear form not degenerated. This bilinear form is used to define the relation of orthogonality.

Properties

On a quadratic space, one can define the concepts of assistant Endomorphisme, symmetrical Endomorphisme and orthogonal automorphism. The Similitude S can also be defined on a quadratic space.

Comments

The quadratic vector spaces are generalizations of the spaces préhilbertiens.
