Qing-jing

The Qing-jing or the feeling landscape is a concept of art in the Far East.

In the book of the median vacuum , the Chinese writer François Cheng gives a simple definition of this concept of art native of the Far East, starting from the ternary organization of the world: the Yin , the yáng and the median vacuum .

Thus, to any human feeling can correspond a natural landscape which expresses the content of it; in the same way, any spectacle which nature offers can be transcribed by a movement of the human heart…
