Puzzle Productions

Puzzle Productions is a phonographic production company, founded in 1989 by Jean-Pierre Danel.

Since 1989, Puzzle Productions works in license with all the majors of the disc, in France and abroad, like with the most important independent labels.

More than 1700 discs taking again the catalog of the company were produced.

In addition to productions of styles extremely varied, like Buddha Bar, Elie Kakou or Sandra Lou, Puzzle Productions holds the rights of a catalog independent of recordings among most important in France.

In 2002, Puzzle signs the largest contract signed between a major and a production company independent in term of many discs to be marketed, with 229 albums signed at Warner within the framework of the same operation. The autumn of this same year, another operation carried out by Sony on a collection including/understanding of many albums of the catalog Puzzle, makes it possible the company to register, jointly with its productions of the moment, 19 albums in the Signal Ifop the same week.

With 148 discs classified with the Signal Ifop (official classification of the record sales in France), more than 19 million sold discs, and 114 discs of gold and platinum, Puzzle Productions permanently develops its catalog of licenses of more than 15.000 titles and 600 artists, energy of Bob Marley with Henri Salvador, while passing by Compay Segundo, Georges Brassens, Yves Montand, James Brown, Maria Callas or Luciano Pavarotti.
