Pus

The pus is a yellow substance blanchâtre or yellow which can be found in areas of infections Bactérie born, including the surface infections, such of the button S. an accumulation of pus in a confined fabric space is called a Abcès.

The pus consists of granulocytes neutrophiles (a type of Leucocyte S), remains, cells dead or dying and of the fabric complements necrotic, formed by the process of the Nécrose. Necroses is caused by special Enzyme S, produced by the Lysosome S, small enzyme factories of the cell.

The first treatment of an abscess is the evacuation of the pus thus it should sometimes be punctured or to incise because if the pus is not evacuated towards outside it risks fistuliser (to create a " tunnel" towards outside or another internal body). The pus can however be reabsorbed gradually by the Macrophage S if there is only one minor amount of it.
