Pure WipEout

WipEout Pure is a futuristic Video game of race developed by Sony Studio Liverpool and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in 2005 on PlayStation Portable.

The play makes party of the series '' WipEout ''.

Gameplay

In the order of fast and armed ultra vessels, the player takes part in futuristic races at very high speed.

WipEout Pure proposes six modes of play:

  • single Race
  • Tournament
  • Against-the-watch
  • Zone
  • free Play
  • Multijoueur

Weapons and no-claims bonus

In the play, there exist several weapons and no-claims bonus to get rid of the competitors, or to supply the vessel with shield. There exist 4 kinds of weapons:

  1. no-claims bonus of vessel, posted in green

  2. weapons to release behind oneself, posted in blue.
  3. weapons of aiming, posted out of orange.
  4. the weapons surpuissantes (but rare!), posted in red. It is they which supply more the shield during an absorption.

There exist three type of no-claims bonus of vessels:

  • Shield: shield which returns to you invulnerable for all except the quake and falls during one short duration.

  • Autopilot: the computer of your vessel takes the control of the vessel during five seconds.
    • Turbo
  • : as its name indicates it, it is turbo.

Weapons to be released behind oneself:

  • Mines: 5 mines are released with the back of the vessel, they await the arrival of another vessel.

  • Bomb: even principle which the mines but only one bomb is released, it has a field of detection.

Weapons of aiming:

  • Missile: missile with homing device, spends a few seconds with verouiller.

  • Rockets: Three rockets (not with homing device) are sent.
  • Disruption Bolt: can reverse the orders, plug or activate the autopilot of the enemy vessel touched during a short moment.

Weapons surpuissantes:

  • Plasma: after a short time of load, a massive discharge of energy is released from the vessel.

  • Seism: an earthquake emanates from the prow of the vessel and destroyed all on its passage.

Anecdotes

The option of division of the play of the play is not in the small multijouor, but in the menu of the bands advertisements.
