Synopsis

Of Gold Gym de Venice Beach in California until Pretoria, of the bodybuilders amateurs and professionals prepare for the contest of Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe of 1975. The realizer proposes competition between Mike Katz and Ken Waller for the title of Mr. Univers, just as the training sessions between Franco Columbu and Arnold Schwarzenegger which defends its title of Mr. Olympia for the 6th time against Serge Nubret and the young person Lou Ferrigno.
