Pumbaa is a Phacochère, drawn from the cartoon the King Lion (1994) and animated series which was inspired by it Timon and Pumbaa (1995-98), both products by the studios Disney.

Of jovial nature and a little beta, Pumbaa divides all with his/her friend Timon, a young person Suricate (kind of Mangouste). They have a saying: “Hakuna Matata” which means “Screw your life without any concern”. It can be sometimes more malignant than Timon and does not hesitate to fraternize with the first anybody met. Pumbaa and Timon are all two insectivorous, i.e. they nourish primarily insects.

They traverse the world together despite everything the surrounding dangers.
