Club Universidad Nacional , more commonly called Universidad , the UNAM , or Los Pumas , is a Mexican football club based with Mexico City and founded in 1954. It gained five times the Championnat of Mexico the last time in 2004.
Their stage is the famous " Estadio Olímpico Universitario" (Olympic stadium) where were held the Olympic Games of summer of 1968, close to the university of Mexico City where principal the supporters is club. It counts many celebrities among its afficionados , such Carlos Slim Helu or Gael Garcia Bernal. The meetings vis-a-vis the Club América and with the CD Cruz Azul are waited year, but the Clasico Universitario against the Tigres UANL is important for the southern northern competition of the country.
