The Puget house is a French manufacture of organ, established in Toulouse and rested by Theodore Puget, making succeed at its head 3 generations of organ builders.

Five of his/her nine children will practice the trade of organier.

  • François Puget (Fanjeaux, 1825 - Montpellier, 1854), wire of Theodore. He completed work in the area of Montpellier, while being interested more particularly in the definition of the mechanisms and the harmonization of the instruments.

  • Maurice Puget (Fanjeaux, 1835 -?), wire of Theodore. He would have left the factory with died of his Eugene brother to go to settle in Spain.

  • Eugene Puget (Lagrasse, 1838 - Lavelanet, 1892), wire of Theodore. After studies of piano and organ, it enters the paternal workshop at 17 years. It takes the management of the family firm in 1877.

  • Jean-Baptiste Puget (Toulouse, 1849 - Toulouse, 1940), wire of Theodore. Endowed for the drawing, it had the responsibility for the design of the frontages.

  • Maurice Puget (Toulouse, 1894 - Toulouse, 1960), wire of Jean-Baptiste.

It is under the direction of Eugene, then of Jean-Baptiste, that the family company will produce the large symphonic instruments, during the time 1875 - 1890, of which “  4 large Puget  ”:
