Puerto Montt
Puerto Montt is a city of the southern Chile, capital of the Province of Llanquihue and Región of los Lagos or Xe area of the country. It is located at 1.035 kilometers in the south of Santiago of Chile by the Pan-American Highway. The commune counted 175.938 inhabitants according to the census established in 2002 by the National institute of the statistics of Chile. The city has a very important port in Chile and it is a tourist area with natural landscapes. With proximity one finds lakes, beaches, virgin forests, mountains and centers of ski, places of fishing, and all that one can imagine in a place where are touched nature, the greenery, the sea, the fish, the seafood, the mountains and the lakes.
