Geta ( Lucius Publius Septimius Antoninus Geta ) (189 - 212) was Roman Emperor in 211 and 212 of the Christian era.

Of Berber origin by his/her father Severe Septime, it took part with his/her older brother Caracalla in the campaigns of his/her father, which, with his death, indicated them both to succeed to him. As the two brothers hated themselves since their childhood, Caracalla assassinated itself Geta of a blow of sword in the throat, at the end of one year of common reign and then made erase its name and its image of all the public monuments (in particular of the triumphal arch of Septime Sévère always upright to the Forum romanum ).
