The public office indicates a working whole of people, under certain jurisdictions or within an intergovernmental framework, within the public administrations.

A person working in the public office is called civil servant . civil servant

The expressions “public office” and “civils servant” often usually indicate a unit vaster people working for public services or of general utility.
