public Contracts - the Topicality of the order and the public contracts is a monthly review devoted to the right and the practice of the public contracts: government contracts, conventions of public service delegation, partnership contracts, conventions of occupation of the public domain, contracts of recruitment of agents of the administration, etc
Created in 2001 and published by the editions of the Monitor, public Contrats is a review at reading panel. This committee was animated by Laurent Richer, qualified schoolteacher of public law to the University of Paris-I, until 2006. It from now on is animated by Claudie Boiteau, professeure aggregate of public law to the University of Poitiers. Compose the committee: Mireille Berbari, lawyer at the bar of Paris; Christine Bréchon-Moulènes, aggregate professeure of public law to the University of Paris-I; Didier Put, former student of the ENA, Master of the requests to the Council of State; Nicolas Charrel, lawyer at the bar of Montpellier; Bertrand Fabre, director of the draftings of the Monitor Group; Michel Guibal, qualified schoolteacher of public law to the University of Montpellier; Nicolas Jeanjean, public purchaser; Timothy Millett, public auditor at the Court of justice of the European Communities, and Laurent Richer. Anne Delahaye is responsible leading review and Cyrille Emery is deputy editor association. The review proposes each month an exhaustive day before of doctrines and jurisprudence, a file and articles of analysis as well as practical cards; it is quoted by the initial ones: CP-ACCP .
