Public Honest License
The HPL or Honest Public License ( public License of honesty ) is a license of free software and Open source created starting from the public License general GNU (LPG) by Fabrizio Capobianco and some other contributors with the authorization of the Free Software Foundation.
This license allow to fill gap ASP of the LPG: this gap makes it possible to pass in addition to certain provisions of the LPG during the use of applications on line. It in particular makes it possible to use programs opensource without diffusing the modifications of codes and/or additional modules of codes developed to adapt the program to its environment on line.
The HPL obliges the service providers on Internet to diffuse the source code of the open application source which they adapted to their environment. This obligation allow communautées developing the free software voluntarily to have access to the modifications made by professionals on their projects.
