Ptolémée Épiphane , is a Pharaon of the period lagide which controlled the Egypt -204 with -181. He married Cléopâtre {{Ire}}, girl of Antiochos {{III}}, which gave him Ptolémée {{VI}}, Cléopâtre {{II}} and Ptolémée {{VIII}} (often called Ptolémée formerly).
Its epithet, Épiphane , mean “illustrates it”.
However, it does not shine by its reign. Wire of Ptolémée {{IV}} and of its sister Arsinoé {{III}}, it is the toy, like his/her father, of his ministers such Agathoclès, Tlépomène and Sosibe the young person . It is true that it is only 5 years old when he reaches the throne.
