Ptérobranches

The class of the ptérobranches is characterized by a reproduction by budding (Stolomisation) and by a free life fixed in a chitinous tube. One also notes a transformation of the proboscis into crown of tentacles (regression to imitate the Lophophoronidé S) what gets a mode of nutrition suspensivore. Example: Cephalodiscus grafilis .
