Psiphon is a Logiciel developed by teams of Canadian academics , American and English, and making it possible to create a virtual private Network (VPN, " Virtual Private Network") between the computer of a Net surfer and a distant waiter, in order to circumvent the political filtering and of censure against the Net surfers in certain countries.

The tool, developed under license LPG (General License Public), is Multiplateforme (Windows, Linux and soon Macintosh) and undetectable according to its authors.
