Italian province, in the area of Lombardy. The provincial capital is Varèse.

Northern borders and are with the Suisse (canton of the Tessin), in the east with the Province of Like, in the south with the Province of Milan and in the west with the area of the Piedmont.

Geography

The province of Varèse are étent with the feet of the Alps, its territory is composed of 32% from mountains and 46% of hills. It is also characterized by its rivers (between which the Tessin and the Olona) and its lakes glaciers (Lake Maggiore, Lac of Lugano, Lac of Varèse and other minor lakes; all known under the name of the Seven Lakes ). To the south the Plaine Po extends.
