Province of Phongsaly
The province of Phongsaly is the the most septentrional province of the Laos. It is bordering on the Yunnan (China) and on the Province of Lay Châu (Vietnam).
It is the principal shopping street between Laos and China. Very mountainous (up to 1800 m), she nevertheless suffered much from deforestation.
