Province of Guadalajara

Guadalajara is a Spanish province located in the northern part of Castille it Manche. Its capital is the town of Guadalajara.
Guadalajara is close to the provinces of Cuenca, Madrid, Segovia, Soria, Saragossa, and Teruel.
In 2005, its population was of 203.696 inhabitants (INNATE) for a surface of 12.167,40 km ²; the density is of 16,74 habitants/km ². Nearly 40% of them live in the capital. There are 288 communes, of which the three quarter are villages of less than 200 inhabitants.
