Province of Bergamo

The province of Bergamo , depend on the area Lombardy of the Italy, is made up of 244 communes (on the Italian version of Wikipedia) and 973 129 inhabitants. Its Chef-lieu ( capoluogo ) is the town of Bergamo. Six of its common (Calolziocorte, Carenno, Erve, Assembles Marenzo, Torre de Busi, Vercurago) passed in 1990 in the new province of Lecco.
