. The EAR must be controlled annually by correspondents trained or the manufacturer, like after each incident or accident.
The Labor regulation insists of course the fact that each time it is possible, the collective Protection is preferable with individual protection; for example for work in height, to prefer the presence of rambarde to the wearing of harness. He also insists on the minimization of the constraints for the worker: an EAR should be imposed only when its port is necessary.
