Protection plan and of development
The Protection plan and of development (PSMV) of the inheritance is a document of Urbanisme annexed to the Local plan of town planning (RAINED).
It governs the whole of private or public spaces i.e. that all interior work and installations and outsides carried out by the residents, private individuals or tradesmen, must be the subject of a request written and one of authorization after opinion of a Architecte of the buildings of France.
For example, it can be required that the frontages of the existing buildings are restored while taking care of nature, the implementation and the color of materials. Borings, the implementation of joineries and glazings, the ironwork and the cover are also regulated. The occupation of the public domain is regulated. The old fronts must be preserved in their original aspect and the various dissimulated systems of closing when the trade is open. The signs also are subject to precise rules, the neon signs and publicity can be prohibited there.
