Propriano

Propriano (“ Prupià ” in Corsican Language) is a common French, located in the department of the Corse-du-Sud and the Corsica area .

Propriano owes its development, at the 19th century, the construction of the road connecting Ajaccio to Bonifacio. The port becomes at the same period the maritime outlet of Sartène, with the detriment of Tizzano.

the wearing of Propriano (“ Prupià ” in Corsican language) is surrounded by splendid beaches. This commercial port is managed by the Chamber of commerce and of industry of Ajaccio and Corsica of the South.
Small aerodrome (in the south-west of the city, on the road of Campomoro), between the mouth of the Rizzanèse and the secondary road D 121.
