Propriano

Propriano (“ Prupià ” in Corsican Language) is a common French, located in the department of the Corse-du-Sud and the Corsica area .

Propriano owes its development, at the 19th century, the construction of the road connecting Ajaccio to Bonifacio. The port becomes at the same period the maritime outlet of Sartène, with the detriment of Tizzano.
