Proplaste
The Proplaste S are small Organite S specific of the vegetable cells of simple structure and not differentiated which one generally finds in the Méristème S, fabrics made up of small undifferentiated cells dividing actively. They are small (hardly larger than Mitochondrie S), and them Stroma, surrounded by a double limiting membrane, contains some rare and short plates and some Vésicule S. the proplastes probably multiply by Scissiparité to be maintained in the meristematic cells in division.
The maturation of a proplaste in functional plastid is correlated with the differentiation of the cell in which it is. Thus, a proplaste located in a cell exposed to the light will be transformed preferentially into Chloroplaste, which result in a substantial enlarging, the formation of many plates starting from the blisters which are formed by invagination of the membrane interns proplaste, which will form Grana gradually, and of course the accumulation of Pigment S of which the Chlorophylle. Of other, one observes the formation of Leucoplaste S which will be able to be different in other types of plastids like the Amyloplaste S in the Tubercule S from Potato. The Chromoplaste S will be observed in bodies coloured like the Pétale S.
