The pronunciation which one has of a Mot is the way of saying it. The pronunciation does not change the direction word, but comes from the context in which one learned it: the time, the place where one was born or where one saw, but also the Social class and the education. The term accent, indicates a pronunciation generally more subtle to him.
Linguistic terminology
The pronunciation can be written by means of letter S, like the International Phonetic Alphabet. In Linguistic, the sound basic units are called phon S . The branch of the linguistics which studies the phons is the Phonétique. The phons which play the same contrastive part in a Langue are grouped in classes called Phonème S whose study is the Phonologie or phonematic.
