In human Stock management, the term promotion indicates the fact of obtaining a new station, new responsibilities. Generally a promotion is accompanied by a various pay rise or advantages. Internal promotion is a factor of motivation and dynamization of the personnel: it comes to reward quality for the work provided by an employee by recognizing this one and while giving to paid in question the possibility of reaching a higher level answering at the same time its wish and a need for the structure. In the administration, one calls " promotion intern" the fact for a civil servant of reaching, thanks in particular to its seniority and its competences, a higher rank without passing the normally necessary contest.
