Promotion (school)
In the vocabulary of the “French universities”, a promotion indicates the whole of the pupils entered the same year the school.
A promotion door either the number of year (promotion 2006,2007, etc), or the name of a famous personality, or both.
The year is in theory the year of exit, except exception.
