Prolonging the Magic

Prolonging the Magic is the third album studio of Cake, a group of alternative Rock Californian, left in 1998. It contains in particular the title Never There , one of principal successes of the group. The album was recorded after the departure of the guitarist Greg Brown and the bass player Victor Damiani. Damiani is replaced by Gabriel Nelson, and Brown by several guitarists of which Xan McCurdy which will become later full member of the group. Album of the confirmation, Prolonging the Magic is certified platinum, just like its predecessor.
