Prohibition of the civic rights, civil and of family
In criminal Law French, the prohibition of the Civic right , Civil and of family is a complementary Peine.
According to the terms of the article of the Penal code French it concerns:

the right to vote
- eligibility
- right to exert a judicial office or to be an expert in front of a jurisdiction
- right to represent or assist a part in front of justice
- right to testify in justice (except making simple statements)
- right to be tutor or curator (except after opinion of the judge of the supervisions, tutor or curator of its own children)
It cannot exceed 5 years out of criminal matter, and 10 years out of criminal matter.
The court with the possibility of pronouncing the prohibition of all these rights or of limiting it to some of them.
The sorrow of ineligibility or prohibition of the right to vote involves prohibition to exert a public office.
