Prohibition of the French territory
Article 131-30 of new the penal code, such as it results from the law nº 2003-1119 of November 26th, 2003, lays out: “When it is envisaged by the law, the sorrow of prohibition of the French territory can be marked, on a purely final basis or for one ten years duration at most, against any guilty foreigner of a crime or an offense. ”
Applied to a delinquent not holding the French nationality, this renewed at the border makes following a judgment and at one period of prison, one speaks then about “Double pain”.
