Synopsis
During the exodus of June 1940 in France, a convoy of civilians is grapeshot. Paulette, 5 years, loses his/her parents and starts to wander in the countryside, tightening in its arms the corpse of its dog. It arrives in a farm which accommodates it, and there meets Michel, a 10 year old boy. Together, they bury the black puppy of the cleaning lady…
