Progressionism
The progressionism is the will to found a Social progress, Réforme S, in opposition to the Conservatisme.
A thought is described as progressist, for example, when it conceives the present like a progress compared to one more primary last time considered to be, more difficult, or more ignorant.
However, the thought progressist does not conceive necessarily the present like a progress, but it can on the contrary disparage the present, and claim an improvement by preaching values known as modern. For example, in France, in the years 1970, the idea according to which the Capital punishment was to be abolished concerned a thought progressist, in opposition to the idea according to which it was to be maintained, which concerned a preserving thought.
Philosophically, philosophy progressist depends on the Immanentisme and the Empirisme. These systems of thought were exposed in the encyclical Pascendi.
